Job summary

Qualifications

• DPT degree required if license obtained on or after Jan 2016 or foreign equivalent.
• Two years' Physical Therapy experience preferred.
• PT licensure in state of practice required.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• BLS certification required per AH policy.

Responsibilities

• Completes evaluations to ensure quality standards and addresses assessment areas that require attention; creates individualized treatment plans.
• Provides therapy interventions using appropriate treatment protocols and techniques; communicates care and discharge plans to relevant parties.
• Completes comprehensive clinical documentation within established deadlines.
• Supervises assigned assistants.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Education

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree

Two years' Physical Therapy experience

Physiotherapy licensure in state of practice

CPR/BLS certification
