Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of current practice (required)
• BLS Basic Life Support (preferred upon hire, required within 30 days for BSMH, required at hire for RSFH)

Responsibilities

• Evaluates patients and develops treatment plans with goals.
• Provides direct therapy daily per plan of care.
• Maintains accurate records in the EMR and documents progress.
• Maintains productivity while ensuring quality care.
• Adheres to safety, infection control, and compliance policies.
• Supervises PT assistants as applicable.
