Qualifications

• Minimum of Associate of Arts in Physical Therapy Assistant.
• Licensure or Certification as required by State guidelines.
• CPR Certification.
• 1 year Physical Therapy Assistant experience preferred.
• 1-2 years experience in a residential/assisted living or skilled nursing facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides Therapy services established by the Physical Therapist (PT) in the patient Plan of Care.
• Completes documentation including daily notes.
• Communicates with patients, families, and other members of the team.
• Maintains valid licensure, certification, or equivalent as requested.
