Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required; new graduates are welcome to apply.
• Active Florida Physical Therapist license required.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full continuum of therapeutic care for an assigned patient caseload.
• Perform thorough patient assessments and contribute to individualized care plans.
• Deliver or supervise physical therapy sessions in alignment with physician's plan of care.
• Provide patient and caregiver education on exercises, devices, and home programs.
• Coordinate staffing, prioritize caseload, and handoffs across the therapy team.
