Qualifications

• Current personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, or ISSA preferred), or in the process of obtaining one.
• Current CPR/AED certification.
• Sales experience strongly preferred.
• Training experience with friends/family acceptable.
• Bilingual English-Spanish or English-Polish a plus.
• Flexible evenings and weekends.
• Reliable transportation.
• Coachability and drive to always be improving.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality personal training sessions.
• Lead engaging small-group training workouts.
• Follow pre-built workout programs while adding your own flavor and personalizing for clients.
• Follow an assessment and sales process to determine the right program for a client and get them started.
• Build and maintain strong member relationships.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming training environment.
• Collaborate with the team to create an exceptional club experience.
• Utilize computer systems to keep member accounts updated.
• Participate in club social media presence.
