Qualifications

• Must hold a nationally accredited Personal Trainer certification or agree to obtain within 60 days.
• First Aid & CPR certification or ability to obtain within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Conduct service appointments with members including body fat analysis, nutritional counseling, proper use of fitness equipment and exercise form.
• Advise members on ways to achieve fitness goals.
• Develop individualized exercise programs aligned with members' goals.
• Monitor and assist members to ensure proper form during exercises.
• Maintain facility cleanliness and tidiness.
• Achieve monthly revenue goals established by management.
• Partner with sales/management to convert new members into personal training clients.
