Job summary

City of Sedalia seeks a Recreation Supervisor - Fitness & Wellness to lead the fitness center at the Heckart Community Center. You will recruit, design, and deliver safe, fun, dynamic personal training sessions for clients one-on-one or in small groups and create tailored workout programs.

The role requires NASM/ACE/AFAA/ACSM/NSCA certificates, CPR/AED and First Aid, plus strong interpersonal skills and customer focus. You will supervise staff, maintain equipment, and support program reporting.
