Life Time Inc. is seeking a Personal Trainer to deliver personalized training programs, onboarding sessions, and complimentary services to members in a gym setting. You will educate members on Core 3 and promote training services while spending most of the time with clients.
The role requires 1 year of PT experience, relevant certifications (CPR/AED), and the ability to guide clients through fitness plans, assessments, and program design.
Position Summary
A Personal Trainer is responsible for providing various personal training services that offer members programs to maximize workout efficiency, improve fitness, increase stamina, enjoy their fitness experience and improve overall sense of well being. They schedule and complete record keeping according to standard operating procedures. Personal Trainers will spend the majority of their work week member facing, deliver either personal training services, onboarding sessions, or complimentary services. Our Personal Trainings will be familiar with all aspects of Life Time’s Core 3 Brand and Philosophy and will educate all members in the Core 3.

This is an hourly position with a base rate of $15.00. This position is also eligible to receive commission based on personal production.
