IBC Bank in San Antonio, TX seeks an Insurance Administration specialist to assist in production of new accounts and the retention of existing accounts.

Role involves a high-pressure, fast-paced environment with significant telephone and personal disruption. You will provide prompt, efficient service, handle inquiries on products, and maintain accurate electronic files to minimize errors and omissions.

Qualifications

• Prefer high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have all licenses as required by the State Department of Insurance to discuss and/or sell insurance.
• Meet continuing education (CE) credits needed to renew license.

Responsabilités

• Assist in the production of new accounts and the retention of existing accounts.
• Provide prompt, efficient, high-quality service to designated accounts in support of Producer activities.
• Interact with customers to provide information or response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints.
• Maintain and update electronic and transactional files.
• Receive calls and office visitors requesting quotes, changes to existing coverage, and complete endorsement processes.
