Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate preferred.
• Experience in litigation and personal injury law.
• Ability to manage a high-volume workload and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Support a litigation caseload with attorneys and legal teams.
• Manage client communication and relationships with providers and others.
• Draft correspondence, pleadings, discovery, and responses for attorney review.
• Draft motions and assist with legal research and memoranda.
• Maintain and organize case files and discovery.
• Coordinate with expert witnesses.
• Review medical records and prepare trial documents.
• Assist with trial preparation and provide support during trial.
• Prioritize deadlines while maintaining accuracy in a high-volume environment.
• Exercise independent judgment to identify issues and support case strategy.
