Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Active Florida RN license.
• Current BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications.
• Minimum 2 years' Pre-Op/PACU experience.
• Knowledge of surgical procedures and patient management.
• Understanding of aseptic technique and implementation.
• Care for patients from infancy to geriatrics.
• Ability to recognize, evaluate and solve problems.
• Ability to adapt to changing patient conditions quickly.
• Excellent teaching, communication and organizational skills.
• Strong teamwork and customer service mindset.
• Accountability, creativity, and openness to change.
• Knowledge of Performance Improvement basics.
