Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Enhance the customer experience while meeting sales, service, and operational goals.
• Identify sales opportunities and educate customers about Spectrum products and promotions.
• Build positive customer relationships, listen effectively, and handle objections while conveying product value.
• Maintain knowledge of Spectrum products, pricing, promotions and visual standards.
