• Introduce class format and expectations to participants, and stay current on programs to inform attendees.
• Maintain punctuality, display a friendly attitude, and support participants throughout classes.
• Motivate and engage participants, create a high-energy environment, and foster community.
• Collaborate with team members for programming and shift coverage; attend staff trainings.
• Ensure safety, provide modifications when needed, and report equipment concerns.
