Job summary

Circle the City seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to provide high-quality clinical services at the East Valley Medical Respite Center in Mesa, AZ. The RN will triage patients, coordinate day-to-day clinical operations, and collaborate with licensed practitioners while adhering to regulatory standards.

This is a safety-sensitive position. The ideal candidate has an AZ RN license, IV therapy and phlebotomy certification, BLS, and at least one year of outpatient or urgent care experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with Arizona RN license.
• Certified in IV therapy, phlebotomy and BLS.
• Minimum one year experience in outpatient clinic or urgent care.
• Proficient with EHR and clinical documentation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Triage patients and prioritize care.
• Manage patient flow and intake procedures.
• Assist providers with exams and procedures.
• Administer immunizations and medications; document in EHR.
• Perform tests and collect specimens for labs.
• Maintain sterile environment and equipment.
• Document all services in EHR and coordinate referrals.
