Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a Physical Therapist for the Cedartown outpatient rehabilitation department. The role requires a B.S./M.S./DPT in physical therapy and current licensure with CPR certification. Hospital experience preferred and the position is full-time with a 40-hour work week.

Qualifications

• Current licensure in the state where practicing (GA preferred).
• B.S., M.S., or D.P.T. degree from an accredited physical therapy school.
• CPR certification (Basic Life Support, Level C).

Responsibilities

• Promotes patient care by adhering to hospital policies and procedures.
• Provides patient evaluations and treatments per Standard of Practice.
• Maintains thorough documentation including evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Ensures accurate ICD-10 coding and departmental statistics.
