Qualifications

• TX State RN License is required.
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience, preferably in OR.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress operating room environment.
• BLS and ACLS certifications preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre- and postoperative nursing care for surgical patients.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and families on postoperative care and pain management.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes.
