Job summary

The Argonaut Hotel in San Francisco is seeking a Busser to support the Blue Mermaid Restaurant and patio areas, ensuring dining room readiness and smooth service flow. You will clean and reset tables, replenish utensils, refill water, and assist servers to maintain guest satisfaction.

You will help manage table settings, monitor cleanliness, and uphold safety standards in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility with weekends/holidays and AM/PM shifts is required, and the role offers opportunities

Qualifications

• Previous bussing experience is welcome but not required.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and/or holidays; AM/PM shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dining room for patrons by cleaning and setting tables.
• Maintain table settings and replenish utensils; refill water.
• Assist servers by bussing, setting up condiment stands and stations.
• Close dining by cleaning chairs and tables; manage trash.
• Support staff with training opportunities.
