Audacy seeks an on-air talent to connect with listeners across 360-degree content, including on-air, online, and on-site engagements. The role requires strong communication, production chops, and familiarity with broadcast gear; duties include live broadcasts, social media content, and station appearances.

Positions can be located in our top markets nationwide, including Dallas. Salary ranges from $60,000 to $125,000 annually, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities to grow with Audacy.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and strong creative skills are required.
• Solid production skills and working knowledge of studio audio equipment, including Audio Vault and RCS Master Control.
• Strong knowledge of broadcast formats and audience expectations.
• Outstanding on-air voice with a proven track record.

Responsibilities

• Create original content and perform live broadcasts that are entertaining and informative.
• Manage content for social media platforms and online presence.
• Protect the station's FCC license.
• Monitor music and commercial logs for the airshift.
• Ensure promotions and contests are executed properly.
• Operate the control board and produce materials.
• Make personal appearances at events and remote broadcasts.
• Perform other duties as required by management.
