Cutting Edge Irrigation & Lawns, LLC is hiring a full-time Office Assistant in Lindale, TX. You will handle data entry, answer calls, and support invoicing and purchasing processes to ensure smooth office operations.

The role includes maintaining records, using QuickBooks and CRM software, and providing excellent customer service. A Monday–Friday schedule with generous benefits awaits in a locally owned irrigation and lawn care company.

Qualifications

• Experience as an office assistant or similar role.
• Valid drivers license.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with QuickBooks and CRMs.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. At least one year of related experience is also preferred.

Responsibilities

• Data entry across multiple software platforms to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Be the friendly voice handling client calls with professionalism and resolving inquiries.
• Assist in processing purchase orders and invoicing to support financial operations.
• Maintain billing procedures and keep office records organized and up to date.
