Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in Kansas.
• CPR/AED/BLS certification required; BLS within 14 days.

Responsibilities

• Conducts Occupational Therapy evaluation and defines treatment plan.
• Interviews patient, performs evaluation with tests and assessments.
• Develops and adjusts treatment programs based on evaluation results.
• Communicates discharge plan considering patient function and needs.
• Educates patient and family; coordinates with physicians and care team.
• Supervises Rehabilitation Aides and students involved in therapy.
• Maintains timely documentation of evaluation, treatment, and discharge planning.
