Job summary

Michigan Math & Science is seeking a dedicated Music Teacher for a full-time position. Qualifications

• Valid State of Michigan teaching certificate with appropriate endorsement for subject area.
• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of teaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver lesson plans aligned to State of Michigan objectives and curriculum goals.
• Use technology to support and differentiate instruction.
• Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
• Help students who are struggling to learn content.
• Collaborate with other teachers to improve lessons and learning processes.
• Communicate with students and parents regarding progress and needs.
• Establish clear objectives for all activities and manage classroom behavior.
