Qualifications

• Must hold Multi-Categorical Certification K-12.
• Experience with IEPs and data collection is preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with general education teachers and specialists.

Responsibilities

• Implement programs of study in classroom and virtually.
• Foster a classroom climate conducive to learning in classroom and online.
• Utilize instructional management systems to increase student learning.
• Monitor student progress toward mastery of objectives and goals.
• Communicate within the educational community.
• Meet professional responsibilities and technology standards.
• Co-teach, model and intervene with diverse learners.
• Meet all IEP timelines and accommodations for students.
• Assist in data collection and goal writing for IEPs.
• Collaborate with building principals on special education needs.
• Coordinate/provide ELL services and meetings for ELL students.
• Attend Eligibility Committee meetings and prepare reports.
