Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• CPR Certification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise the wrestling program and team.
• Promote physical fitness, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
• Design a training program and a game program.
• Organize and manage coaching staff to implement the program correctly.
• Ensure all athletic activities conform to MIAA guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with the school district and community.
• Engage booster clubs and community orgs to support student success.
• React to change productively and handle other tasks as assigned.
• Support the value of an education.
