Qualifications

• Experience with Professional Learning Communities and RtI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop compliant IEPs.
• Evaluate students using formal assessments to guide instruction and set goals.
• Progress monitor student growth.
• Provide specially designed instruction to meet individual goals.
• Balance needs across multiple grade levels.
• Direct and support paraprofessionals in assigned grades.
• Collaborate with general education teachers on accommodations.
• Foster positive relationships to support growth.
• Use district RTI strategies and PBIS in instruction.
• Participate in PLCs and district professional development.
