Job summary

Two Rivers Public Charter School seeks a Middle School Spanish Teacher to deliver engaging, standards-aligned Spanish instruction within an EL Education framework. The role requires collaboration with general education staff, development of differentiated lessons, and data-informed instruction to support diverse learners.

Ideal candidates will hold a Bachelor’s in Spanish or Spanish Education, OSSE or equivalent state certification, and prove ability to implement UDL and Responsive Classroom

Qualifications

• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking Spanish.
• Ability to develop differentiated lesson plans for diverse learners.
• Collaborate with general education teachers to support student growth.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate attendance, grades, and behavior records.
• Prepare progress reports and comments each grading period.
• Update grades bi-weekly and share with teams and families.
• Implement EL Education, Responsive Classroom, and UDL principles.
• Provide specialized instruction to meet IEP goals and support multilingual learners.
• Plan with teaching team to align standards with accessible learning modules.
