Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Salary range: $60,000–$80,000 commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, standards-based instruction.
• Develop and implement lesson plans reflecting student needs and goals.
• Establish a classroom culture of learning, respect, and high expectations.
• Communicate with families regarding student progress and activities.
• Assess and track student performance; provide feedback and interventions.
• Collaborate with colleagues, support staff, and school leadership.
• Participate in professional development sessions and school-wide initiatives.
• Support school events, field trips, and community-building activities.
• Complete administrative responsibilities including attendance, grading, and planning.
