Job summary

Garrison Forest School is seeking a creative and dynamic Middle School Science Teacher for a full-time faculty position commencing August 2026. Qualifications

• B.A. degree or equivalent – Master’s degree desirable.
• Prior experience working with middle school children in a school.
• Commitment to diversity and multicultural educational practices.

Responsibilities

• Teach multiple grades of science in the Middle School (6th-8th) with a course-load including Environmental Engineering, Life Science or Physical Science.
• Serve as an advisor to a group of Middle School students in one grade level.
• Work with the Middle School Administrative team to create meaningful learning experiences.
• Collaborate with grade level teams to build cross-curricular connections and interdisciplinary projects.
