Responsibilities

• Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with district curriculum and show evidence of preparation.
• Use instructional strategies and materials that address diverse learning styles and needs.
• Assess student learning and adjust instruction accordingly.
• Collaborate with special education staff to modify curricula per IEPs.
• Plan and assign work to instructional aides and volunteers; oversee completion.
• Engage in ongoing assessment and support extracurricular activities as assigned.
• Create a classroom environment conducive to learning and manage student behavior per school policies.
