Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science from an accredited institution.
• Ohio teaching certification or equivalent.
• Ability to establish cooperative relationships with others.
• Strong written and oral communication abilities.
• Proven punctuality and reliable attendance.
• Capable of integrating technology into instruction.
• Commitment to meeting diverse student needs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and implement instructional programs for students.
• Teach and guide students to reach academic potential.
• Prepare and deliver lesson plans and materials.
• Monitor and assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies.
• Maintain records of student progress and required reports.
• Communicate with students, colleagues and parents about progress.
• Establish clear objectives for learning activities and classroom routines.
• Provide feedback on student work and maintain discipline as required.
