Qualifications

• Certification in Educational Leadership or Administration (Alabama).
• Administrative leadership experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, manage, and administer the instructional program.
• Establish a vision and mission for the school in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Provide leadership in the school improvement process and the implementation of the school improvement plan.
• Supervise personnel, conduct evaluations, and make employment recommendations.
• Coordinate safety, facilities inspections, and school budget management.
• Ensure safe, orderly conduct and discipline; oversee student attendance and conduct policies.
