• Knowledge of child development and ability to administer testing instruments.

Responsibilities

• Plans and implements a program of instruction adhering to district goals and objectives.
• Keeps current in subject matter knowledge and learning theory; assists in curriculum revision.
• Maintains safe, disciplined classroom environment and supervises students as required.
• Engages with parents to strengthen the educational program and maintain cooperative relations with staff.
• Participates in professional development and meetings as required.
