• Develop age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with state standards.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive environment in both the gym and locker rooms; manage equipment inventory and maintenance.
• Evaluate physical skill progression, health literacy, and participation levels through formal and informal assessments.
