For Each 1 Reach 1 is seeking a Middle School Teacher to create a safe, engaging learning environment and partner with parents for student growth. The role requires adapting to varied backgrounds and fostering a love of learning through hands-on, project-based methods.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree and preferably Florida teaching certification, with experience in educating elementary-age students. Strong communication, organization, and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in any subject area.
• Florida State Teachers Certification is desired but not required.
• Experience teaching elementary-age students.
• Must pass level 2 background screening.
• Solid understanding of teaching best practices.
• Excellent written, verbal communication and time management skills.
• Creative mindset and friendly demeanor.
• Well organized with excellent leadership abilities.
• Ability to apply current research to instructional programs and utilize technology.
• Proficient with mainstream office software and computer skills.
• Ability to plan lessons aligned to objectives and student needs.
• Ability to establish relationships with diverse groups of students, peers, and parents.
• Knowledge of differentiated instruction and personalized learning.
• Experience using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or LMS preferred.
