Qualifications

• Requires valid Massachusetts teacher and administrative certification.

• At least three (3) years of successful teaching experience preferred.
• Proven ability to work in a collaborative manner with many different constituents.
• Demonstrated track record of success in leadership opportunities.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• A Master's degree or higher from an accredited college or university preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists in providing instructional leadership and promoting student behavior that supports the instructional program.
• Organizes and supervises student activities and oversees standards for discipline, health, safety and welfare.
• Promotes and creates extracurricular activities for broad student participation.
• Assists in supervising all school areas including cafeteria, corridors and grounds.
• Assists in managing attendance and enrollment procedures.
