Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Surge Merchandiser to support retail clients by ensuring products are well-stocked, displayed, and available for purchase. You will travel to various stores, work with store teams, and use a mobile app to complete tasks during peak periods or special projects.

Applicants should have access to a personal smartphone, a valid driver’s license, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. The role offers flexible hours and a $16.50 per hour rate in Louisiana.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or merchandising is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Must have a smartphone with data plan for work tasks.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Conversational English required for real-time customer/coworker communication.

Responsibilities

• Stock, organize, and display merchandise in assigned stores according to guidelines.
• Communicate with store personnel to ensure displays are in prime condition.
• Complete store visits and projects on time using the mobile app.
• Assist with setup and execution of promotional and seasonal displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent Anderson Merchandisers professionally.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product/display issues with store management.
• Travel to multiple store locations within a designated area or region.
