Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or completion of MA certification program.
• WA MA certification required upon hire.
• American Heart Association CPR/BLS required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Patient intake and clinical support.
• Greet and prepare patients, monitor vital signs, collect medical history, and assist with examinations.
• Perform phlebotomy, EKGs, and basic laboratory procedures; support diagnostic testing.
• Document patient encounters and update electronic medical records; ensure confidentiality and compliance.
• Schedule appointments, referrals, and tests; coordinate patient flow across departments.
