Responsibilities

• Delivers course material in accordance with college curriculum.
• Fulfils administrative requirements for each course including attendance, SLO assessment data, posting grades on a timely manner.
• Develops program improvements using student achievement data and participates in program review, assessment, design, and evaluation.
• Maintains program standards and adheres to institutional, governmental and accreditation standards.
• Engages in faculty and industry councils and associations; builds networks for programmatic support.
• Provides proactive student advisement and tutoring; supports student services and enrollment activities.
• Mentors new faculty and participates in mentoring programs.
• Ensures equipment and books align with standard lists and program requirements.
• Maintains professionalism and accountability; collaborates with campus colleagues for learner support.
