Job summary

Dealer Tire is seeking a Material Handler/Delivery Driver in Franklin, MA. The role involves loading/unloading, picking orders, and ensuring timely deliveries with non-CDL 16 ft boxed trucks and sprinter vans. You will work a 1st shift, 6am–6pm, 40 hours per week.

Candidates must be 21+, have a valid driver’s license, and at least one year of US driving experience. A DOT physical, background check, and MVRS report are required. Strong English communication and teamwork are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 or older with a valid driver’s license and at least one year of US-based driving experience.
• Must complete a criminal background check.
• Must complete a DOT physical and 3-year motor vehicle report.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs frequently and up to 90 lbs occasionally.
• Comfortable at heights up to 25 ft.
• English communication skills; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks, pick orders, organize inventory, and ensure timely deliveries.
• Safely operate non-CDL 16 ft boxed trucks and sprinter vans to local destinations.
• Stand, bend, and walk for extended periods in a fast-paced setting.
• Operate material handling equipment after training.
