Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift license required.
• Capable of handling 50 lb. to 200 lb. valve bodies with assistance.
• Ability to stand for long periods and multitask daily.
• Willingness to work weekends and overtime when scheduled.
• Adherence to safety policies and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pick, and move castings, machined parts, and barstock to staging areas promptly.
• Verify sawed dimensions and ensure quantities match router specs.
• Confirm materials meet router specifications and maintain inventory accuracy in AS400.
• Operate and maintain saws for optimal performance.
• Deliver materials using forklifts, dollies, pallet jacks and other equipment.
• Cycle count inventory monthly and maintain a clean work area.
• Hydrotest castings for porosity assessment and quality control.
