Job summary

Bakersfield Family Medical Group is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support clerical and administrative services for the Marketing Department. You will interact with internal and external customers, assist in campaigns, events, and content updates, and help manage social media under supervision.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (preferred), strong communication skills, and the ability to work with diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
• One year of experience with extensive public contact and/or public speaking.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suites, Adobe Illustrator, Canva.
• Experience in social media and/or advertising design preferred.
• Experience with photography/videography preferred.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
• Experience with seniors (65+) preferred.
• Must have a valid California Driver's License and current vehicle insurance with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory control and notify Marketing Manager as needed.
• Office supplies.
• Marketing materials - brochures, letters, promotional items, etc.
• Assist with social media platforms under guidance of the Marketing team.
• Assist with advertising and brochures, flyers, posters, etc.
• Assist with updating websites for both markets.
