Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Knowledge of safety practices related to building trades and ISO/AS work instructions.
• Ability to stand or walk on concrete floors 80% to 99% of the shift.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of maintenance tasks across carpentry, plumbing, painting, and groundskeeping.
• Safely operate company vehicles including trucks, forklifts, and genie lifts.
• Accurately complete preventative maintenance reports.
