Qualifications

• Must hold Connecticut certification or be eligible for Long-Term Substitute Authorization.
• Experience or familiarity with TESOL/Bilingual Education or ESL preferred.

Responsabilités

• Replace the regular teacher on a daily or long-term basis and ensure continuation of all learning activities in the classroom.
• Maintain a positive classroom climate and effectively communicate with students and the regular classroom teacher.
• Monitor student progress and report outcomes to the teacher in charge.
