Job summary

Goodwill Southern California is seeking a Live Selling Associate to support planning, production, and execution of live selling events across online marketplaces. You will host events on-air, engage customers, and drive sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The role involves researching merchandise, preparing products, coordinating with eCommerce leadership, and ensuring accurate fulfillment and inventory updates.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in retail, customer service, sales, eCommerce, live selling, social media, marketing, or related customer-facing roles.
• Professional on-camera presence and presentation skills, preferred.
• Product storytelling and persuasive selling techniques, preferred.
• Strong customer engagement and relationship-building skills, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and host live selling events across approved online marketplaces, delivering engaging product presentations.
• Interact with customers during live broadcasts by answering questions and encouraging sales.
• Represent the Goodwill Southern California brand with a positive customer experience during live and virtual interactions.
• Select and prepare merchandise for events, ensuring quality and presentation standards.
• Assist with setup, operation, and breakdown of live events, including cameras, lighting, and displays.
• Maintain organized inventory and event materials for efficient operations.
