Responsibilities

• 1. Assembling menu items
• 2. Prepping all food items
• 3. Packaging the menu items
• 4. Portion control
• 5. Proper holding and storage of all food items
• 6. Taking out the trash
• 7. Assisting in front-of-house operations as necessary
• 8. Unpacking and storing incoming inventory orders
• 9. Reporting to management when equipment is malfunctioning
• 10. Cleaning the kitchen and storage areas
• 11. Cleaning and maintaining equipment
