Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Tax Credit experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and people management skills.
• Understand customers’ needs and respond with solutions; market and sell.
• Very organized with attention to detail; manage paperwork.
• Flexible and able to shift priorities as needed.
• Beginner experience with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments through telephone sales and tours with prospective residents.
• Follow up and establish rapport with prospects and current residents.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Present the community professionally at all times.
• Coordinate move-ins and move-outs for a positive resident experience.
• Manage lease negotiations, retention, and renewals.
• Assist with curb appeal and property compliance policies.
• Write work orders in Yardi and track completion.
• Assist in rent and delinquency collection and account information.
• Support resident relations and enforce community rules.
• Supervise neighborhood committee activities.
• Support outside marketing and build rapport with local businesses.
• Assist with office organization and filing.
