Redwood Living, Inc. is seeking a Leasing Professional to show apartment homes in Simpsonville, SC and Mauldin, SC, assist with local marketing, and follow up with prospects.

You will provide exceptional customer service and collaborate with the Neighborhood Manager and maintenance to deliver a premier resident experience. This role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to manage move-in paperwork, leases, and scheduling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• General computer efficiency and basic software skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct apartment home tours for prospects.
• Answer phone calls and emails from residents and prospects.
• Schedule appointments to discuss leases and renewals.
• Complete move‑in paperwork and lease applications.
• Notify related parties of pricing or neighborhood changes.
• Coordinate resident events with the Neighborhood Manager.
• Ensure grounds are well kept and coordinate with maintenance.
• Travel between Redwood neighborhoods as needed.
