The role emphasizes strong communication, sales and leasing skills, data entry into property management systems, and flexibility to handle varied duties across the leasing office.

Qualifications

• Strong communicator with ability to close residents
• Experience and certification in the industry preferred
• Able to enter/retrieve data in multifamily software and use MS Office
• Flexible schedule, show units, climb stairs
• Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and qualify needs; present features and benefits
• Maintain Marketing/Leasing campaigns and professional leasing office
• Assist with lease applications, verification, and notices
• Answer calls and route to manager when appropriate
• Inspects model units and moves in readiness
• Prepare daily/weekly resident communications and reports
