SpeedPro Northern Virginia, a fast-growing large format printing company in Sterling, VA, invites qualified applicants for a Production Specialist role. You will assist in all aspects of production, including operation of printers, laminator, plotter, router, and installation of graphics.

This hands-on role demands a production-focused mindset, multitasking, meeting daily quotas, and strong customer-service orientation.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken communication.
• Ability to work independently.
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Self-motivated and highly organized.
• High school diploma or higher; proficient with computer skills.
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Familiarity with large format printing equipment (training provided).
• Overtime and occasional weekends as production demands dictate.
• Vinyl graphic/wrap installation experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate all production equipment (printers, laminator, plotter/cutter, router).
• Prep, RIP and transfer of files for printers, plotter/cutter and router.
• Finish products to meet quality and timing goals.
• Install graphics at client sites or locations as required.
• Graphic design assistance as needed.
• Use sign management production software to track jobs.
