Job summary

SpeedPro Dallas is seeking a full-time Print Technician to join our dynamic print shop. You will handle day-to-day printing, laminating, and finishing tasks on large-format equipment, ensuring top-quality output for a variety of client projects.

The role requires mechanical aptitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team. You may lift 50 pounds and will participate in a production-heavy environment focused on accuracy and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience with flatbed/roll-to-roll printers, CNC router, plotter, laminators and ADA signage is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking ability.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Creative thinker and a problem solver.
• Ability and willingness to both learn and follow instructions.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds multiple times daily.
• Must be coachable and work well in a small team.

Responsibilities

• All aspects day-to-day printing, laminating and finishing processes.
• Continually maintain a high level of product quality and craftsmanship.
• Clean and maintain printing, plotter and lamination equipment.
• Quality control, packing and shipping.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and well organized print and production environment.
