Responsibilities

• Follow lesson plans provided by the regular teacher to create a cohesive and consistent learning experience.
• Manage the classroom effectively to encourage student participation and minimize distractions.
• Adapt teaching methods to fit the needs of each student and maintain classroom expectations.
• Supervise students in the classroom, hallways, playground and cafeteria.
• Provide in-class and at-home assignments based on the lesson plan.
• For long-term substitutes: develop lesson plans and assignments aligned with past plans.
